This directory template is designed to be a Family Photo Directory. It is a much improved version of my previous directories that makes it far easier to work in, customize, and print. 

It has room for 400 families.  There are columns for two adults, contact information (their phones, emails, and address), their birthdays, anniversaries, and children. 

The improved formulas in this directory allow you to not include information that you don't want to be published, and the rows on the face of the directory will automatically collapse together to avoid blank space.  

If you want to customize the sort order or the order that information appears in each contact, there is an easy-to-use directory designer tab that allows you to adjust the order each column appears.

This template is designed to keep track of your members information and automatically sorts and formats the contacts. Photos are designed to be 4:3 landscape, but it accommodates other sizes as well. As long as the photos are the same or similar size (a landscape iPhone photo for example), it will look professional.

Since this photo directory uses Google Sheets, it is easily downloadable and printable. It is a great tool for smaller churches that are looking for an inexpensive solution to creating a photo directory.
