This professionally designed Photo Directory Template is a great tool to quickly create a customizable directory to suit your business or organization's needs. This listing comes with 3 directories that have either 4, 5, or 6 lines underneath each photo. Simply choose the directory that works for you, enter your employees' or members' information, upload their photos, and the directory will automatically format and sort everything for you!
There is a tab that lets you customize the order of each line of information in the directory, as well as how the directory is sorted. They are easy-to-use dropdowns, so no spreadsheet skills are required.
This template was designed and is pre-formatted to be printed on standard Letter paper. Either print out a physical copy, or download as a PDF and email or upload to a website!
